INDEPENDENT SALES CREATOR COMMISSION STRUCTURE

STANDARD OFFER

Customer Membership: $99/month

SALES CREATOR COMMISSION

Independent Sales Creator receive a:

50% ONE-TIME COMMISSION

on each qualifying initial subscription sale personally generated by the sales creator

COMMISSION EXAMPLE

Customer purchases the $99/month membership.

Customer Payment: $99.00

Sales Creator Commission: $49.50

Pee Dee Ink LLC: Remaining revenue after applicable payment processing, commissions, refunds, chargebacks, and other applicable business expenses.

IMPORTANT

The 50% commission applies to the customer's initial qualifying subscription payment only.

The sales creator does NOT automatically receive a recurring 50% commission on future monthly payments.

Future recurring subscription payments remain Pee Dee Ink LLC revenue unless the company establishes a separate recurring commission program in writing.

COMMISSION ELIGIBILITY

A commission is earned only when:

  1. The customer is properly attributed to the sales creator.
  2. The customer completes a qualifying purchase.
  3. Payment is successfully processed.
  4. The transaction is not fraudulent.
  5. The transaction has not been refunded, reversed, or charged back.
  6. The sales creator was authorized by Pee Dee Ink LLC to participate in the sales program at the time of the sale.

COMMISSION EXAMPLES

5 qualifying sales = $247.50

10 qualifying sales = $495.00

25 qualifying sales = $1,237.50

50 qualifying sales = $2,475.00

PAYMENT TIMING

Commissions will be paid according to Pee Dee Ink LLC's established commission payment schedule after the qualifying transaction has been verified and becomes eligible for payment.

Pee Dee Ink LLC may delay, adjust, or withhold a commission associated with a refunded, reversed, fraudulent, disputed, or charged-back transaction.

All commission terms are subject to the Independent Sales Creator Agreement.
